As a teenage modern‑metal band from the East Bay, Baby On A Rampage is known for its dense, melodic and emotionally charged sound. Originally formed at the youth music program Bandworks in Oakland, CA in their early teens, the group has grown from child prodigies into one of the Bay Area’s most promising young heavy acts. They’ve been compared to Gojira, Mastodon and Baroness while forging a distinct identity rooted in progressive songwriting, theatrical energy, and community‑driven live shows.

Ash Lee - Vocals, Guitar

John Muir - Vocals, Bass

Ash Sound Co started with a dad’s cover band. One night their engineer couldn’t make it, so his son Ash mixed the show and fell in love with the work. In high school he noticed nobody was making the local hardcore shows sound good, so he started doing sound, staging and lighting for the underground scene himself, to make those shows feel like much bigger experiences. Ash sat down with Lindsey Andersen on What’s Poppin! New episodes live every other Monday at 7pm at The Complex SF. Full interview is up on The Complex SF’s YouTube channel. @ashsoundco @beatscoutsf @thecomplexsf
